James Timothy Viceroy, born in New Reval, Estonia, December 20th, 2037, is smart, powerful, cunning, and at times childlike, but holds himself and his empire together by his commanding presence.

Our film starts years later when James T. Viceroy is now the warden of Colossus Reach on Nassair and currently keeping Terra imprisoned with plans to sell her for a huge sum of money.
